Notes:
- 15% hotel tax and service charge is additional. Rates are quoted in US dollars.
- Transfers to and from the San Pedro airstrip are included.
- The Courtyard suites have Queen size beds, small side Balconies and kitchen/living room area.
- Rates are based on the following occupancy: One bedroom – 2 persons
- Additional persons are $15 per night per person.
- Children age 12 and under no additional charge.
Meal Packages available as follows:

- Lunch: $25 per person
- Dinner: $50 per person
- Meal packages include all taxes and gratuities.
- Meal Packages do not include alcohol.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- One night deposit is charged at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Initial one night deposit is non refundable.
- There are no refunds for cancellations of 14 days or less.
- There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
