Notes:
- 15% hotel tax and service charge is additional. Rates are quoted in US dollars.
- Transfers to and from the San Pedro airstrip are included.
- Rates are based on the following occupancy: Three bedroom – 6 persons

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- One night deposit is charged at the time of booking.
- Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Initial one night deposit is non refundable.
- There are no refunds for cancellations of 14 days or less.
- There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
