Deposit/Payment Policy:

To confirm a reservation a One night deposit is charged upon booking. The balance would be due 10 days prior to your arrival.
For arrivals within 10 days, we request payment in full to confirm a reservation.
We accept Visa Card, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards only.
Rates are quoted in US$ and charged in Belize dollars. International credit card exchange rates may vary on your credit card statement.
PLEASE NOTE THAT UPON CHECK IN YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE AN IMPRINT OF THE EMBOSSED CREDIT CARD YOU PROVIDED TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE ACCOMMODATIONS.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellations received at least 45 days prior to arrival will be refundable less USD$50.00 per room cancellation fee.
There are no refunds for cancellations of 10 days or less.
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages.
Banana Beach Resort will not be liable for airline delays, strikes, or weather-related delays or cancellations.
The client agree that Banana Beach Resort is not responsible for any circumstances beyond its control.
